Thursdays, 4:30-6:00 pm, beginning September 4th to November 20th, technique, Feeder Canal. Also included will an individual weekend training session with top paddlers and video. Cost: $400

Fridays, 4-5:30 pm, beginning September 19th through November 14. Open to paddlers registered for the Thursday sessions. Whitewater skills, and aerobic conditioning for athletes who wish to add another coached workout to their schedule. Also is a make up day for missed Thursdays. Cost: $28 per class

Optional Dickerson workouts, Sundays, 8:30-10:30 am, beginning mid-September. Cost: $40 per class
